Fabulous, helpful staff member at every stage of our stay... Before we got there and until we left. We were given a comprehensive and clear overview of the area, what we could see and how best to get there. The facilities in our room were well thought out. It was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Good selection of drinks topped up every day. Plenty of nice clean towels and daily housekeeping was good. Tram right outside the door and excellent bus links. Easy to walk everywhere too. Nice places to eat locally
