They went out of the way to make us happy. The friendly captain of the ship let us stand next to him and gave us tea when we went through Esna Lock, the staff was always helpful, the food was exceptional throughout. We booked a Presidential Suit because our son was with us. It had a sitting room, a very nice bathroom with excellent water pressure, fruits and snacks in the room, and came with free laundry service. We loved the whole experience. Historia may have timed the docking time at some ports so that the we could visit the ancient monuments when they were least crowded.

Staff are fantastic, they will cater to all your needs and are all extremely lovely. Food was out of this world, they even made sure there was options specific for my partners dietaries. Most lunch and dinners are either fine dining or and amazing spread of buffet on the sun deck. They even change locations for dinner which was awesome. The entertainment was ok, except the last night the Nubian show was really run. Tour guide Mustafa was great, he took us through all the stories behind the different temples/tombs that we visited, the tour is expensive but definitely worth the money. All transfers included in quality airconditioned vehicles Was exceptional all round

It's hard to describe everything. This is a dream come true. First, the cleaning, food, and hard installations are excellent. And secondly and most important of all, the staff is just impeccable. All the people, and I really mean all of them, are incredibly friendly. My manager Mohamed did all he could to help me out even before my arrival, together with Aly. Also all the guys in the restaurant were amazing, and a special compliment is needed to the chef Yasser - he made everything. The waiters were very polite, helpful, and always with good humor and looked happy to see us. I'm not gonna point out names because I may forget some, but you know. Die Rezeption hat alles möglich gemacht: Änderung der Kabine und Einladung unseres Guides zum Lunch an Board. Man liest alle Wüsche von den Augen ab. Die Qualität des Essens war immer köstlich und auf hohem Niveau: morgens, mittags und abends.
