Virabhadrasana I

I started my yoga journey in 2011, when I turned to yoga after sustaining injuries from years of playing netball and running, and also as a way to improve overall mental and physical well-being. Prior to completing my teacher training, I led communications and public relations functions for a number of technology companies.

Though I do not currently teach Yoga, I completed my 200-hour training at the Yoga Garden in San Francisco as well as a 100-hour pregnancy yoga training with Mindful Birth, a Yoga Alliance Registered Prenatal Yoga School.
